Terrible experience and would not recommend!!!!! Spreading the word.
We made a booking and delivery was advised to be 7-9am. Our party started at 10am so plenty of time....you would think.
The day of the party I called to locate the whereabouts of the jumping castle. I was told they were running behind but the castle would be done before my kids party started at 10am. Still no one at 10:30am and Andy (owner) refused to take or return my calls. Castle turned up and wanted to set up with just over an hour left in the party and charge $20
OFF the full rate. Offensive given the time left in the party and Andy refusing to return my calls.
So I would not recommend this company AT ALL
