Have eaten here many times ver the years and the food has always been fantastic, especially the breakfast. However the last few times I have been I have found the staff to be very rude and condescending. Our order for breakfast was mixed up, the big breakfast came out with no bacon, a coffee was made on skim instead of full cream, there was no butter on the toast, my "well done" eggs were runny and the wrong toast was provided. All these little things which we bought to their attention as they occurred were met with a smart rude attitude. We had won a free coffee with our membership card and the ticket did not print, I had brought that to their at the start when we ordered and they clearly did NOT want to give us the free coffee. I feel as though all the "mistakes" were payback for our free coffee. I won't be dining here again.
