Bad service rude staff... I ordered baby shower cake.., they told me one price at the time of ordering and just before the party day they ask for extra money.. staff started arguing with me that she explained me the price.. but she did not...then she was so over smart that she insulted me... i had to cancel the order cant believe she treated me so bad..ordered cake from another shop in such a short time specially baby shower cake..
most important thing i kept calling them for refund.. every time i called they said we refund today... took 1 month to get my refund and they were so rude for that as well
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in Sydney. I ordered a baby shower cake from them which I had to cancel because of an emergency. Instead of refunding the money to my credit card, through which I made the full payment at the time of placing the order, they took my bank account details and said that they will send the refund within 3-4 business days. Fair enough. That was the beginning of the ordeal. Every time I call them, they say they will process the payment within 1-2 days. It has been 1 month 7 days and I am yet to receive the refund. I must have called them at least 4-5 times within this period. I went there on a recommendation from my colleague but ended up having such a big trouble.
