Well went in on a whim which was my first mistake, my haircut was OK, it's an easy cut and just wanted a trim, no real issue there, my issue is with the customer service, or lack of. The stylist that cut my hair at first was very nice, very friendly and appeared to knowledgeable, however the stylist then started to tell me how thin my hair was and how fine and flyaway it is, (which it isn't particularly...)Anyway during the cut the stylist kept going on about it and then suggested I use a certain product because, "Without me putting this on you just look terrible" whilst pulling her face and picking at my hair. I'm not sure what sales technique this is but seriously I am not going to buy some product after you insulted me?!
I guess you get what you pay for, so unless you want to go away feeling ugly and "looking dreadful" then don't bother, just pay an extra $20 and get a proper haircut.
I would just like to say a huge thank you to Sam. I came in with a challenging style and he was able to balance my concept with what was realistic. One thing I've found with just cuts, you get out what you put in, know what you want, communicate and you should leave satisfied. Oh and there is always the seven day guarantee. ;)
They are fairly good priced for a haircut, but it depends on who you get to cut your hair. I had a haircut there once and didn't like it. But it could just be my own personal preference. They were really quick, so it made me unsure to whether they had done a good job..
