My 2y/o had a haircut here before and it was great even used a shopper docket for it. Thought I would go back again BIG MISTAKE!!! "Narelle" didn't listen to what I wanted, or look at the pictures I had of previous style. I should have said stop! The end result a cut that is too short on the sides, fringe looks jagged and cut too short and around the ears looks like a rectangle. She refused my shopper docket discount stating it was only for "adult cuts" of which the docket voucher makes no mention of this. If I ever return (highly unlikely) I will request a completely different hairdresser or trust my instincts and go somewhere else!
