I went today to the shopping town to get my hair blow dried as I was going to a concert in the evening. I had have washed my hair at home and it was still wet as . However she didn’t blow dried my hair evenly and smooth not to mention she didn’t even wash my hair or put In any produce. She didn’t even section my hair for drying then I got up very disappointed and came to pay for it and she said $50 I was shocked . I asked if she was sure ? And she said because it was a Sunday weekend it’s prices are gone up!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I came home again after paying $50 washed it all over again and blow dried myself . will never go back and won’t recommend them to anyone. They are such rip off not sure why they are still standing;((((((()
Great service! Got in early to avoid the wait due to them not taking appointments and that’s perfectly fine. First in first served, I noticed that the wait wasn’t that long for others. They could probably do with some more staff on hand to handle the flow though. I love my cut and the stuff were great.
Just had cut today I had a horrible experience...will never go there again.It was written on the picture 25$ for style cut, lady didn’t even cut hairs properly and asked for 30$. After telling her about the written board she mentioned we are going to change the board, I will tell the new owner...I told her that you should have thought it before..the customers are going to sit after looking and assuming that’s what you are going to charge...but she took 30$. Anyways I don’t want to argue for 5$ but I thing that was not fair at all....?? very sad that’s how you deal with your customers....not happy with the cut either..!!!

Very poor service. No bookings required but when they put your name down and tell you to come back say 30min later, be prepared for them to slot a few more people in before you. Then they expect you to wait longer. Good example of wasting customers time. In that time you're better of finding Another salon that can provide better customer experience.
