Just Cuts

I have been a client since Just Cuts Burwood Westfields first opened. Throughout this period I have always found staff to be friendly, courteous and professional. The fact that I have remained a client for so long is testament to high level of the service provided and the professional quality of the style cuts that I have received.

Wanted a neat business cut, what i got was an amateur job at best and its certainly not neat. Half way through she picked up the scissors, full of the lat couple of peoples hair. I asked her to clean them, since she had cut 2 kids hair with it. Thats when i realised it didn't really matter since she hadn't cleaned the clippers either. Made her clean them anyway when she told me it wold "take too long". A bit of cleanliness and a spare set of equipment so you can sterilise between customers wouldn't go astray. I won't be going back.

I really didn't have a choice of who could cut my hair as I got pulled up by a staff who was available at the time at the salon. Staff just wouldn't stop talking and undermined every description I tried giving of the style I wanted. And told me that pictures are not helpful and did their own thing. It was such a horrible cut that I had to have a second hair cut within a week at a place near where I live. The quality of the cut really depends on who you get when you walk in. From that perspective, the service is impersonal and may not work for everyone.

Don't go. Too expensive for a simple hair cut.

Wife & 2 kids have had their hair done here for a while. Seems to depend on who's there on the day as to the quality of haircut, they had a couple of great cuts & one best not spoken of. Some do a good job with kids, worth waiting for someone who will do so.
Maybe a bit overpriced given the uncertainty of quality of cut.
