I came in for a cheap quick trim. I told the hairdresser I wanted a trim and not to cut my hair too short as it is wavy/curly and shrinks when dry. It was cheap and quite a money-saver as the hairdresser cut my hair so short I didn't need another haircut for nine months! My hair sat at ear-length for several unflattering weeks.
Had my hair cut last Saturday and it looks terrible. One side is shorter than the other, the person who cut my hair did not listen to what I wanted and has given me layers where I didn't want any. I won't go there again.
Also I tried to leave a review on the Just Cuts website, but you can only leave compliments, not complaints. Maybe they get too many of those.
I came here to get a simple trim and a fringe. The hairdresser asked me what nationality i am, and started making fun of them saying that we have 'thick heads', i think they forgot who was paying? Then they said I had oily hair and said it loud enough so everyone else in the salon could hear. Then a co-worker said I was a 'furball' and my hair was a 'boof'. When they had finished they had taken a huge chunk off, when I asked for a trim and my fringe was too short and it was cut unevenly.
