Just Cuts

My hairdresser could not comprehend of what i wanted, despite explaining the texture of my hair. She did not follow a cent of my instructions. I wish i had read the reviews of other people earlier as that would have prevented my hair to get damaged. I went there with the complaint and what i got to hear that it is over a week that you had your cut done so we cant fix it and whats gone is gone. Extremely pathetic service by the hairdresser and the manager. I hope no one goes there.
