Terrible service!will never go back! I had a basic hair trim straight at the back and side layers for the fringe. Upon waiting over 30 minutes my hair was uneven longer on one side and the fringe was no layers and too short. I complained and was asked to come back as they do not offer refunds, I said no way what so you can make it worse than it already is? I had to get another hairdresser to fix the job.
I attended Just Cuts in Maribyrnong some days back to have my hair cut. Upon looking at it later I decided that more needed to be cut and took advantage of the 7 day Just Cuts window. Upon returning to the Maribyrnong outlet on January 25 to have my hair cut I spoke to a hairdresser named Vesna. I found her to be friendly, welcoming and most helpful. I felt awkward about having to come back but she made me feel most comfortable. On top of that I love the way she cut my hair. It was refreshing to come across a person dedicated who was genuinely enjoying their occupation. Vesna is a great asset to your organisation. Could you please see that she is appropriately commended for this ! Best wishes Jelena Dunn
I am sorry to say but she is the hairdresser who had done a bad job on my hair. The team leader who contacted after i made a complaint offered to fix the mess was friendly but so they are when they know they won't refund you. There should be a refund policy put in place. It is no wonder they are still around.
Would not recommend. My hairdresser made me stand for half an hour while they trimmed my hair because they couldn't be bothered reaching down to the ends of my hair. They made several loud catty comments about how I should just cut all my hair off because it's too long and how awfully dry it is, and they expressed their opinions through looks of disgust too. I did not ask for a consultation, I asked for a trim. Learn to keep your opinions to yourself. Would never go back.
