We came for a haircut last week.
Staff were lovely and the salon clean etc.
It was freezing though! No heating in a very cold salon.The poor staff were rugged up but it ruined the experience.
Felt sorry for them trying to do their job.
Was unable to have a receipt as they were struggling with their computer system which was out again.
Not sure if I would go during winter.Do better for your staff.
I have found the staff very friendly on 3 occasions. The Manageress has cut my fringe twice and I have been very happy. Today I thought I would have a new style. I took a photo to show her. I am extremely happy with the cut and the price.
Horrible. My hair is butchered. Staff didn't ask me how much length I wanted cut off and took way too much off. My hair shorter than how I like in and on top that staff blunt cut my layers??? I would never recommend this place. I believe these aren't even qualified hairdressers.
Bad Service!
After waiting 30 mins for a trim I was refused service because I had extensions! What a waste of time. The front desk should mention this before wasting anyone else's time. There was no apology what so ever. But the receptionist did say sorry to her fellow hair dresser for wasting HIS time! Very rude & bad service!
very bad service. Very unhappy with cut. Wont be going again. I have been to 3 hair places in Morley shopping centre. All very bad. Shame.
