Just Cuts

The staff are generally friendly but their services are very limited. Every style they do seems to come out the same. If they are busy, don't even bother registering. I registered and was told it would be half an hour before I would be called. I asked if it was fine if I ducked out and did some shopping in the meantime and was told my place in the queue would still be there. I came back in 20 minutes and then saw 3 people who registered after me get called before me. It was another half hour of sitting there that I finally got seen. It was a really good thing I wasn't in a hurry that day.

Zero stars. This service made me give you people at least half a star. You do not deserve it. I have had my last two cuts from here. No I have not used the guarantee on the receipt because I was still rendered a service. Neither of these cuts was short enough, or the correct shape. All I get is a short back and sides. I registered today at 1205H. I was told it would be about 20 minutes before they would be ready. I came back after 10 minutes and proceeded to watch 2 others who had registered after me proceed to have their names called. When I stood up to speak to the stylist behind the counter, the stylist looked up my name without asking what it was - so the stylist remembered registering me - to be told that there was still two others in front of me. The stylist tried to tell me how much longer it would be but I cut the stylist off.
