Just wanted to let you know my partner had his haircut done in your north rockhampton branch. We specifically told your hairdresser how we wanted it to look like, showed a photo of it and they did THE EXACT OPPOSITE which is very very frustrating. We told them to just give it a trim but they did not listen and did a completely different style. They cut it too short so there is no possible way of fixing it. It seems as if they were just rushing him cus it took them less than 20 minutes and i think that is unfair because we are paying the same price as everyone else. He needed to get the haircut perfect for an event that was planned for over a year and we get really disappointing results and there's nothing we can do about it now. They did a really horrible job. We got our refund though which was good. However i just wanted to raise this complain because our experience was just really frustrating and i would hate for that to happen to your other customers.
