At Just Cuts Shellharbour, I had the worst hairdresser I have ever had... And I've had some shocking ones. I asked them not to touch the ends and they ended up taking an extremely large amount off. I also asked for them to cut my fringe below my eyebrows (just to tidy it up) I now have a horrible square shaped disaster about 1 inch ABOVE my eyebrows. I have a feeling this is because they cut it wet (even though I asked them not to at least 4 times)
Unfortunately, I didn't know they were doing all of this because they would stand in front of the mirror so I couldn't see. A large part of my hair was left untouched so I have random patches... If you aren't happy they will refund your money. I have had a refund from them for an extremely awful cut.
I have been there once, they hacked at my hair and I wasn't happy with it at all. After telling them repeatedly to just trim not take 5 inches off. Once I got home and had a good look I was mortified. I went straight back to complain and politely ask for a refund to which they replied "we don't do refunds but can offer you a free cut" I can only assume this was because they knew I'd never go back. Thanks but no thanks. Horrible experience.
