Absolutely appalled. All I wanted wasn't my split ends trimmed. It took two minutes. The RUDE Asian woman drenched my hair in freezing water, cut my ends, proceeded to make nasty comment and about my "dry hair" of which I spend copious amount of money on for quality products and normally go to a PROFESSIONAL salon for. She then LEFT MY HAIR WET, charged me a hideous $31 and shooed me out of the salon after I had declined to buy any of their treatments. Will never be returning and will discourage everyone I speak to from going there. I'll spend less than that getting a quality cut from a real salon with professional staff.
I cannot believe how rude the hairdresser was at just cuts to my son. They said things like "I don't have time for you to muck around". " if you don't sit still I will put a bowl on your head". "Oh come on that didn't hurt, don't be silly". Afterwards I found clipper burn on his cheek, and now he never wants his hair cut again and he hates the cut. NEVER AGAIN....HOW RUDE.
I just has my hair cut today . I has specifically told the lady not to reduce my hair length and to please apply layers . However the rude lady changed my look to completely different then the one shown in the catalogue . I will never visit just cuts any more. The worst place to get your hair cut in Wendouree. DISGUSTED!
