Gary made us screens for doors & windows. Sliding doors are fine, front door is suppose to be heavy duty but isn’t. And the screens for the windows are all too small, they fall out with a little wind. I would not recommend this business!!!
After numerous phone calls to Gary to get him to rectify the issues, still nothing. I now have to get another company to redo the job so I can open my windows for fresh air. Thanks for wasting my money & time Gary ??
I could not be more satsified with the quality of work and the speed in which it was carried out. Gary the business owner is a cheerful, knowledgeable man who goes out of his way to deliver true customer service, with buckets of integrity. I rang him at 11.27 am today (28.2.2019) and the job was completed by 4pm today. No job too small, unlike others in the industry who are not interested in doing work for individuals. Gary measured and quoted for two windows and had them fitted within 5 hours of my phone call and the price was surprisingly reasonable. I will not be going anywhere else to have screens fitted and I whole heartedly and highly recommend this company to all who need screens replaced or new homes fitted with screens. Thank you so much Gary. I can't thank you enough for sorting those windows for me. In my eyes you are a leader in your field of business!
It was a very good initial response from the staff at 'Just Fly Screens' with a date and time arranged for a measure and quote for a sliding screen door. As we are only a few minutes drive from their premises we thought it waould be easy. When the time for them to call was nearing I gave them a call and was told they would out in about an hour. That was the last contact I had as all other phone calls went to message bank. After calling three times and leaving messages, none of which were reponded to I gave up. It's surprising they have any customers if that is the way they operate.
I wouldn't even give this business half a star. After several phone calls that went to voicemail, I finally spoke to a real person who arranged a quote. The guy arrived promptly and gave me a brilliant quote. $300 less than the other company. So after a short discussion with hubby, called the guy immediately to confirm my job order (15 minutes) after he left, voicemail again. After so many attempts, they gave me a date of installation but no time. The day before the installation I called them again and the guy said that he is just waiting for a parts from the windows and will ring me back at 5pm. He never called. Come Saturday, hubby and I waited half a day and called their office and mobile without any luck at all. So I cancelled the order. At around 6pm, I was at work the guy text me back stating he was sorry as he was in the hospital. But never contacted me all week for a re schedule, explanation. Avoid using this people. Worst service ever... I waited half the day for the staff member to arrive for a measure & quote and when nobody showed I attempted calling & was hung up on. I tried calling back several times and when they did eventually answer the phone I was told they would look into it call me back twice & I never received a phone call. Very unprofessional way of doing business. Extremely rude & unprofessional, unsure how this business is able maintain clients.
They remain in business because they are very good at what they do and their quote is substantially lower than anyone else. Their work is of a high standard and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
