Could not be happier with Just Jap and Jack that works there. Pre sales experience and knowledge was great, however I cannot thank the team enough for the warranty service. They were extremely quick to respond, organised the warranty claim with the manufacturer and made the entire process super easy. Have not seen customer service this good in a long time. 100% would recommend.
I've bought from here 3 times and I'm not happy with them mostly due to my most recent purchase.
1st purchase was a HKB boss kit for a MK IV Supra, first they sent the wrong model boss kit that was also scratched up and looked use. I complained that it doesn't fit and appeared to be used so I sent it back and they sent some Chinese junk probably worth $20 when I paid about $100 for it from memory.

Just Jap imports delivered me an Estima bought at auction in Japan. The car was awesome with all the bells and whistles and was exceptional value. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and would stand by the integrity and friendly service of the owner and his team in a heartbeat.
