Recently bought jeans from here and its totally worth it

This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I tried on a dress in store 5 weeks before my 21st birthday party. They didn't have my size so the staff said they will order one in for me from the warehouse in Melbourne. They also took my full payment of $250 in order to order the dress for me. They told me to come back in one week and the dress will be ready in store for me to pick up. I went back the next week and they said it hasn't arrived yet and to come back the following week. I went back every single week for a month and every single time I went they kept telling me to come back again because the dress hasn't arrived. A week before my event I went in again to see what was happening. The staff who first served me admitted to me that none of the staff knew which dress was ordered from the code they had written down therefore the dress was never ordered. I bought a leather jacket from this store that costed me $285.00 last week. After I got out of the store, I pulled the jacket out and notice that there is a rip (about 2 inches) below the front pocket which I abviously did not notice before I paid for it. I went back to the store and asked the them to replace it with the other in the display because of the rip. They refused. I was told that they cannot do that. And that these rips tend to happen on leather jackets. In spite of my persistence, they did not allow me to replace the jacket I bought just seconds ago. I felt I was bullied and left the store feeling bad.
