We are open for our customers convenience 363 days of the year. Open 7am to 10pm on Weekdays and 8am to 10pm Weekends and Public Holidays. We close on Good Friday and Christmas Day.
We provide a prescription filing service so you never have to look for those repeats again, and we utilise the App MedAdvisor to help you track and order your scripts remotely via a smart phone or computer.

I was recently after a certain type of prescribed medication and was struggling to find it. When I called to ask if they stocked any the staff were very polite and helpful. They checked and didn't end up having what I was after so they offered to call me back if they found out any helpful information. 15-20 minutes later they called me after having called other local chemists to enquire about the medication. They told me the other chemists didn't supply it either but gave me helpful information on two alternatives that they could administer there. I was very impressed with the customer service and phone etiquette.
I have since gone into the Chemmart twice this week and again received great customer service from staff who actually smile and seem to enjoy their job. I think the medical centre reception staff could learn a thing or two from them.

If only the medical centre could be 50% of these guy's and gal's. The chemist Rory, is quite simply, the best. Ensuring you are fully aware of the drugs you have been prescribed. Issuing warnings and advise. He AND his staff are more than willing to spend time with each client. The medical centre should send their staff to this place for training. It might be a way of teaching them some humility.
