Positives: Great burgers with interchangeable ingredients, easy parking. Negitives: not really related to the store but watch the driveway entry to the carpark.
I deducted one star as (this one experience overshadows all our previous faultless experiences) we ordered and paid for a large cheesey wheesy sweet potato fries with our burgers (these are amazing!), and received a small (trust me, there's a huge difference in size). We always order the same thing, and this was disappointing. Given, the girl at the counter was new, but wasn't impressed as this was the first time we did takeaway. When I called to advise, the girl that answered (possibly the same person) brushed it off.
So, back we went recently after a long absence, and realised our mistake - why had we not returned sooner? It's not exactly conveniently located for us, but it's worth the effort! We deferred this time to pretty standard fare rather than the more exotic options; the Riverhills (beef & salad) burger hit the spot for me, and hubby was happy with his Clacker (turn up the spice!). The beer-battered chips are far too good - beware, don't order too many or you'll be full and still eating anyway...
Amazing burgers and service is not bad too! The burgers are massive and very tasty. This place gets very busy during lunch time but I would recommend eating at the premise or asap as nothing beats a freshly cooked/made to order burger using fresh ingredients. Definitely worth a second visit.. and third.. and beyond.
I'd heard great things from friends who had tried the burgers so when I finally got to try it myself I had very high expectations. Needless to say, it lived up to and exceeded them! I had the T-Rex burger which is essentially a meat lovers delight with a steak and beef patty on it and it blew me away. Huge meals too, definitely one of my new favourite burger joints.
