Mario was all sweetness and light before we bought the car, but turned agressive and lied to us once we had paid for it and raised problems we had with it.

We asked for the car to be cleaned before we collected it and it was still dirty so we asked why it was not clean. He became aggressive and shouted at us and said it had.

He also said he had paid hundreds of dollars to repair the sunroof, and yet it broke on the day we bought it.

We also noticed the car had a damp smell and he said it was because it had been steam-cleaned. Turned out it leaked every time it rained.

When we eventually got around to selling it, he also hadn’t even registered it in our name and it delayed us selling the car for weeks! Do not trust this man.

Bought a car almost 2 months ago with sales man called Mark , car broke down in the middle of the road about 1 month later of purchase, had worst experience ever buying 2nd hand car. I rang Mark and his colleague and explained what had happened hoping to get some help fixing the car by them , he refused to assist saying that its chap car and there is no warranty although it had problem within a month, hung up the phone . Feel like cheated . I personally , do not recommend anyone strongly to buy a car from them . Vey poor customer service.
