Very bad experience with this crew. Wednesday, they were keen to pick up my old 4 metre rolled up garage door. For a sweetener I offered to add in some old copper sheeting and aluminium blinds. They were up here quick smart! Result: they spent half an hour sifting through and picking out the stuff they wanted and left, promising to return with a truck for the rolled up door. LOL!
Thursday, I phoned their base, actually the person on the end of the line was charming and agreed they hadn't even done half the job they promised. They assured me they'd be here right away to pick up the door. LOL again.
If you aren't up to the job ADMIT IT. Now about the price of the copper sheeting and aluminium..............I think you owe me$$$$$$$.
Phoned management at 8am. Promised faithfully to get the guys out to lift the door. Husband 'phoned at 3pm. Management now says No, they won't be taking the door AND management is totally unwilling to discuss the copper and aluminium they took, so tough!
