avoid just service and tyres in clayton,the business is ripping people off, my wife towed her holden astra 2006 to this place, the owner richard quoted me on the phone around $400 (the part cost $260 on supercheap plus $99 of one labour hour), but when I come to pick up the car, he is asking me to pay the bill for $670, and took my car keys. Just not to use this business. That is ripping people off, $670 to Change an after market fuel pump of Holden astra 2006. they do not even deserve a star.
Avoid this service centre to save your car!!!
I have been servicing my car here for the last five years. It used to be a good service centre but not any more. The last review suggests the same. Recently I had my worst experience of car service here. I gave my car which is very old for servicing. The mechanic called me later after the inspection and suggested some major repairs (break pads and fluids, replacing transmission oil, cabin filter, quote AUD 790), although, I did not notice any problem while driving (except for the battery, I will come back on this later). Worst experience, I thought of taking groupon deal but then approached directly, They called to say break pads need to be changed , however my brakes were fine. was charged 350 AUD unnecessarily. AFter service breaks were rather lose. next day I stopped to have lunch somewhere for 30 min and car broke down had to call road assistance to get it fixed.
I am not going back here they might have made good 350+79 (Silver) . but they for sure lost a customer.
