Did not turn up to appointment - waited over an hour and no call to apologise or advise when to expect them. I had to call them to find out what was happening - needless to say I did not rebook and won't be using them - not good if they can't keep commitments or provide professional service by at least calling.
I have had Just Wardrobes and Storage replace all the old shelving in all 3 bedroom wardrobes and the linen cupboard, with custom designed shelving. All the work has been amazing! Nothing was an issue, even when I needed to make changes to the original shleving plan. They simply drew up a new plan for me before confirming that everything was ok. the quote tech and installers all showed up on time, and the office staff are always very helpful. I highly recommend Just Wardrobes and Storage.
Terrible customer service, unprofessional and very rude. I highly recommend you don't use Just Wardrobes. Try OZ wardrobes or even IKEA.

Never answer the phone, can't measure, didn't bring all materials for the job, when coming back for second time to fix first stuff up didn't show then did not call back when leaving messages. DON'T use not professional and work is below standard.

We complete thousands of wardrobe installations every year and pride ourselves on our professional service and quality of product, if we have let you down in this instance we apologise. Unfortunately our phone can be very busy at times and as we have a small team sometimes there is a delay in reply. We make every attempt to take accurate measurements for our installations however on occasion when wardrobes are full of client's clothes, this becomes difficult. If for what ever reason we don't have all materials available on the day we will immediately confirm another time to complete the installation.
