We have met them through a couple of opens and have found their service to be quite average form a potential buyers point of view. In terms of face to face service they are quite good. During opens they will spend time with buyers and doesn't rush people. They gives a sales pitch a bit like a car salesman, it\'s generic but it works. Unfortunately the real let down is their follow up communication. I expressed serious interest in a property and sent an email requesting further information about the property... This went unanswered, zero communication. A second inspection was opened, during this they informed us they would have an answer to these questions within 24 hours.... That time has passed and long gone with no communication despite stating in black and white that I wanted to make an offer. It was disappointing.
