I used the Groupon Voucher for this company as I was looking to have a regular cleaning service. The management claimed that I had not emailed them my information, and then when I sent the email for the third time, booked me in at a time without consultation - Saturday of the long weekend, and then when I said that was not suitable booked me in for Monday of the long weekend - again without consultation. When I said that that was not suitable again (all via email and text) they requested that I tell them when I wanted to be booked in. I told them when I wanted and this was confirmed by the company by return email. Then for the next two weeks I received texts, phone calls and emails demanding to know when I wanted to be booked in. On 31 December 12, after Voucher was confirmed, I requested by email, an appointment for any time between 16 to 18 January 13. I was having a family function on the 20th January, and being disabled needed help for the general cleaning. They confirmed appointment for 17th January 2013. I received a text the morning of 16th, cancelling their job. This allowed me no time to try and organise anyone else at such short notice. I rang Groupon and got half a refund for this deal. Contact Groupon and let them know - they were very helpful.

Go back to Groupon and demand a full refund - I did.
I contacted Groupon who only offered a credit with their service. The Credit would only be valid for 12 months. I contacted them again, quoting their own terms and conditions, advising that the Merchant had NOT provided a service. I received a full refund within 1 week.
