* When making arrangements for quotes - Scott turned up on time, assessed the job thoroughly and gave me a well-priced written quote on the day.
* On the day of the jobs, everything ran smoothly, the yards were left neat and the staff just went about their business with consideration for the surroundings and neighbours (eg the chain saw was turned off when not in use and not left running for the duration of the work).
