I used to use this firm to service an air conditioner. I receive the written invoice on the day of service, pay the account by a direct transfer to their bank account using my name and tax invoice number as the recipient reference on the day. And then several months later get a 'reminder' account about the 'unpaid' account. Check that I've actually paid the account, phone telling them I've paid and usually end of matter... Service last October. Further one in June. Payment for June applied to October (already paid!), and further account for 'shortfall' generated. Emailed to inform them I've paid, and return email 'promises' they'll investigate. Now I've received a threat they'll sue in court unless I pay their 'outstanding' account with 3 days.
We had terrible service from this company. Our Evaporative air con worked well, tell they came and serviced it. Talked us into dump kits which are noisy, and the air con barely works at all. we have called them back twice, been charged $95 each time, and they still don't work. Have a new company coming in next week to sort KD airs problems out, will keep you posted on how that goes. Theur care factor is zero.
