I've been to KD Haircutters a few times over the past few years. To start off with I was pretty happy and the young girl doing my hair did a great job.
Then suddenly the next time I came she was gone and the owner did my hair instead, and I wasn't impressed. Nothing wrong with the foils or the cut, but she booked me in late at night and didn't have time to style my hair afterwards. (!)
She also made me feel very uncomfortable, back talking her employees as soon as they'd left the salon. Very poor and unprofessional behaviour. I haven't been there since and I have no plans on going back in the future.
Kd Haircutters are lifesafers. Loretta saved me from a botched hair dye which left me with orange hair (at another hairdressers) on my very first visit. She had me from there on in. She and her wonderful staff have helped me through a neck injury and frozen shoulder which meant I had to go twice a week to have my hair washed and blow waved. I have the type of hair that is tight curls so I couldn't manage it during my recovery period which has been almost 2 years. Loretta and staff have always been wonderful and caring and I always leave the salon feeling and looking like a million dollars! Thankyou ladies :)
What a great salon and enviroment. Haircut and colour was perfect, the coffee made for me was perfect, and above all the service and professionalism was second to none. The owner (Loretta) and her staff made sure I was comfortable at all times. this has been my 5th visit and i surely wont be going anywhere else. See you again soon :)
