The guys at the workshop are great mechanics - friendly, professional and easy-going. They're willing to track down small problems, spot things that will cause issues later, and basically do a great job every time no matter how large or small. They've never blown out a bill and they've done loads of small things to keep my car on the road. Thank you, KG Motors workshop team. You're appreciated!
Watch out when buying a Mazda Vehicle. Mazda Australia don't stock many spare parts in Australia. The clutch master cylinder failed in my car from general wear and tear and this $120 part is a 6 week wait from Japan. This results with no car for 6 weeks! I put in a complaint to head office and they told me 'this is the way it is' and they also said they 'dont care' about bad reviews online. Never again will i buy a Mazda for this spare parts problem.
Hi I had completely the opposite experience from these guys, I damaged my fuel cell late on a Friday night, took it to KG Motors on Saturday morning when I had discovered it , they kept it there as requested for safety reasons and I had my car back with a new cell by the next Tuesday lunch time, I have had all my services done there on my mazda 3 and can not fault the service and team at all, well done KG Motors. Sorry you have not had the same experience, I would recommend this business any day of the week.
