I herd k m smith funerals were good so done my mums funeral through them I paid in full straight away for the funeral and a light lunch afterwards for 50 ppl at a cost of $900+ and all was well until day after the funeral then Antony from k m smith Wynnum called me and said I owe them more money for the light lunch as they r saying they head counted 70 ppl for the light lunch, I disputed this str8 away as it was no accurate and I had already paid for all the food and there was still leftovers in which I was not aloud to take home afterwards, and to make things worse instead of letting ppl Greeve for a few days after the funeral the account was sent the very next day just telling me the amount and when it was due, I have since spoken to k m smith again today in which they don't really care and have just said the account must be paid, it's a money grab from them and my 2 grandparents wanted to do there funerals through them but have since said no way as its not ...read more
