Highly recommend hiring Kspec for new builds. I just had handover a few weeks ago, and in addition to picking up defects or incompletes that I would not have picked up on, Phil also was kind enough to offer post handover advice on a driveway issue I was having, that he was not obligated on advising. Phil also explained things to me very well in laymens terms at every stage inspection he attended and was very prompt in arriving at our arranged inspection time (usually much earlier!) Sokhon is also very lovely to deal with. She replied back to my query in a short timeframe, with enough information and pricing that was easy to understand. If I ever build again, I will definitely be using Kspec for inspections. Thanks guys!
Excellent! Phil conducted an inspection for us during a very difficult building experience. He maintained absolute professionalism, even when being physically threatened by the builder. The cost is so worth it. He picked up so many things that we would have missed eg thickness of the paint, tiling expansion requirements, screw caps etc. Better still is we now have an independent and qualified inspection for future reference. We will definitely use him again and cannot recommend him highly enough. Minimal cost for maximum peace of mind. Great service.
I was referred to K-Spec Building Consultants, and recently had them conduct a Final Inspection of my new investment property at Ipswich (not far from Brisbane). Overall, I was really pleased I chose to engage K-Spec to conduct my property inspection, and would highly recommend you speak with Sokhon or Phil at K-Spec if you're building a home and wanting a final inspection, or even looking at a pre-purchase inspection.
