I completed my grooming course earlier this year and i have to say i was disappointed because it could have been so much better with little effort. There were 4 students and only 3 tables set up for grooming, not really good enough when you are paying almost $5,000.00 each. Most days there were not enough training dogs to go around and we were left to our devices as to who was getting which dog, first in first served most days. The grooming staff where friendly and helpful, Jo our instructor is a fantastic groomer however lacked the teaching aspect the course required and alot of the time was distracted and very busy running the show back of house. This is the risk you take with a non accredited course.....not worth the money.
I would highly recommend K9 Chic grooming salon to anyone! The staff are very professional and approachable and they listen to any requests that you may have. My boy always looks fantastic after his bath and clip. A special mention to Monique who always does a wonderful job! Front desk staff are always lovely and welcoming. I would not take my Ned (a Bichon Frise) anywhere else!
I completed my training course at K9 chic and im so happy with it well worth every dollar the new trainer Monique is outstanding and really knows what she is talking about. I felt very welcomed and was very sad to leave. The extra support the K9 Chic provide after you have completed the course is also priceless I highly recommend them to anyone trying to find a grooming course
The girls did a fantastic job on my two dogs, they not only looked fantastic they both where so happy and relaxed after their pampering. I would have no problem in recommending the girls at K9 Chic to anyone wanting to show their babies that little attention & loving and would have no hesitation in take my two girls back for day at the beauty parlour :-)
