Absolutely destroyed our whole holiday experience. I booked well in advance for 2 adults , 2 children, approx 6 weeks earlier, and when we arrived they had given our room away to someone else. At first they tried to say that we only booked for one child. I reminded the staff that I had an extensive conversation about if we preferred two single beds or bunks. Then the staff said sorry and offered us a room with one single bed. Fine if you have two children the same sex and close in age, but one male and female quite a few years between was not going to share. We had spent the whole day travelling, were exhausted and had no where else to go. The advertisement showed a nice clean relaxing place to stay with a pool etc, but when we got there it was a dump of a place.
