AWFUL customer service - bought a TCL TV on 7th September 2011 and the picture disappeared on 20th September. When I returned it to Kambos's the management were extremely abusive and treated me like a criminal - even though they admitted there was a fault with the TV. They wanted to replace the TV and I wanted a refund. I also returned a TV stand which appeared to have been used before and had parts missing out of it. The management threatened me with the Police, just because I telephoned the Australian consumer Commission to find out about my rights. They waere dispictable and I will never shop there again - i got my refund - its your consumer rights that if a product is faulty, that you can get a refund - avoid this shop at all costs
