Under new management, the owner/operater is very helpful, friendly, great service and great price. I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Just got off the phone to an incredibly rude woman... yes I do realise you can't see my hair over the phone... I'd rather pay triple the price and actually deal with someone who had some sense of customer service. Who actually wanted to help and who made me want to deal with them instead of being so rude and condescending that I felt the need to create an account and give them a bad review! Very disappointed

I had a great experience at this hairdresser. I wanted a complete change from my current 'do, and the hairdresser (whose name I have now forgotten) chatted to me about what I liked or disliked about my hair, how long I spend styling it each mornign etc. I came away with a great cut, and the most easy to manage style I have ever had! A+ service
