FAQ Q1: Who should train KAPAP in WA? We heavily emphasize the "vocational" aspect, that is, we teach the original KAPAP, focusing on things relevant to past, present and future crowd controllers, security, custodial, law enforcement and similarly related personnel. Regular civilians interested in realistic and tough training are also welcome. There is a team based approach to training There are minimum age requirements. There are background checks. There is an expectation of commitment.
