We only had 3 roosters and a drake to process, but they were incredibly friendly and helpful. A little bit of patience required for them to get back to my answering machine messages but we got there in the end. The cost was only $3.50 per rooster and $5.50 for the drake and it saved me a good deal of time and mess not having to do it myself! They currently only process poultry on Mondays and Tuesdays, with occasional Wednesdays if required. We had to be there 10:15am, so I took the kids on a roadtrip and had a look at the Kapunda mines while we waited. The birds came out nicely dressed and packaged, so now we just need to see how they taste!
