I made a phone order in which I clearly stated exactly what I wanted. They left out an important ingredient and refused to replace my meal for a subsequent visit once I called to complain (as graciously as I could). (They wanted me to drive back and pay extra, which would render my meal cold and unpalatable.) All this over some chips and gravy. A two-star rating average is a red flag, people. Avoid.
Ordered turkish bread at the counter, after half an hour i return to counter in the EMPTY store to ask how long is it going to be, my bread had been sitting in the warmer for god knows how long, was only just warm, asked for my money back, oh god, that was a drama as well, walked out and threw the bread and dip! NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAD BAD SERVICE THERE, why did i ever go back there, never again... DISGUSTING!
Tried calling them to order a pizza, it was constantly ingaged! ! After it started ringing, it took 4 attempts before they answered the phone and asked to put me on hold. Then they put the hand set down and did not return to it. We waited over 10 minutes before we hung up. Service is so rude and I will not be buying from this place again. Disgraceful!
