Ive been using Karma Beauty for 2 years now. Waxing and facials - its always a professional and nurturing experience. I recently started IPL and am so happy with the results. Jolene was very caring and professional with both pre and post IPL care. Good value for money too.

This was unfortunately an awful experience. During my first microdembrasion they up sells me an extra $45 for something my facialist in Sydney incorporates. I accept but they has no eftpos facilities. During the second session I offer to pay them straight away and they said no need so I begin the facial. The entire time they are cleansing m face they keeps mentioning this money so I offer again to pay it and they says I think you better! So as they were giving me their bank details I\'m about to put 90 in and they suddenly goes oh I don\'t have the time for that now! When prior when I said you probably don\'t have the time they assured me they did! Then they goes crazy and starts yelling at me and telling me to get out. The staff literally chases me out of their salon. And continues to yell abuse at me on the street.
