Karma Waters Restaurant

This was our last dinner on our recent Mooloolaba holiday; perhaps a little overshadowed by a couple other really good stops we'd made beforehand, but for the price it didn't stand out quite as much as some others had. The beef espatada was the stand-out of the night, beautifully cooked chunks of meat with a really flavorsome sauce. A little tricky to handle (it's served on a hanging skewer) but worth the effort! Good sized serves, we weren't hungry enough afterwards to try for dessert.

The cute little cafe by day and restaurant by night hotspot is the place to drop in for a relaxed lunch right across from the beach or pick up a takeaway coffee on your way past. Friendly service offering a great tasting takeaway coffee at a great price. Fantastic location in the heart of the shopping strip, plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine and food that is truly made with love.

Open with the few other crack-of-dawn restaurants on the esplanade. This venue had a New Year's Eve menu, it's staff were polite young girls. Full table service, even outside. The waitresses are quick to serve and take orders which is pleasant. My hot chocolate arrived quick and was beautifully decorated, I did wish I had asked for a stronger hot choc but it was a nice pleasant standard. Coffee here got a really positive set of compliments from my family.

Our food arrived in a short space of time. When my plate arrived last out of the four, a diner from another table leaned over and asked what I had ordered. Having seen a very a man-sized burger and two hash browns set out in front of me.
I ordered a peri peri crusty roll, the others ordered a big breakfast, an eggs Benedict, and a specials board roll. Everyone's plate was presented beautifully and eaten quickly, the plates were almost polished.

Good food, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere over the road from the beach. Indoor or outdoor seating. There was a bit of a wait for our food but the friendly waiter kept us informed and handled it well.
