Karras Prestige Smash Repairs

Was in an accident about 18 months ago in a car that was less than 6 months old. Car was towed to these guys because they are a preferred dealer for Real Insurance whom I use. Car was held in there for MONTHS. We had to jump up and down to Real to get a courtesy car. Not two months after we had it back then it overheated. Called a local towing company to have it towed back to Karras to fix it AGAIN. The tow truck driver laughed at us when we told him where we had to take it. Problem was cracked parts and shoddy workmanship. Now, under 12 months later the car has again overheated. Took it to the original dealership who inspected it and let us know that Karras had used the incorrect engine coolant and that we had to take it back to them to fix their mistake. I don't know if I'm more angry at Karras or Real. These guys obviously have a poor reputation and Real should consider taking them off their recommended repairers
