Never come back, these guys fixing the problem they created in the first place.....you will always must go back to them for ridiculous problem in your car.....

Will never use these guys again. Tried them out for a standard service and to check out an issue with an arm rest as they are closer to home than our previous mechanic. They tried to tell us we need to replace front and back breaks, all tyres and have transmission fixed at a cost of around $2.5k- our last service 6 months ago at another mechnic showed up no issues with any of these. We said to hold off so we can get a second opinion. On picking up the car discovered they had left a big tear in our driver side leather seat and have completely broken the front arm rest. Raised it with them and they are denying responsibility. Seriously dodgy mechanics. Best to avoid.

Worse shop ever I did a $29 service, I got my car back check my oil stick it was still black I had tell manger make sure they change in front of me

they got the repair done but they massively overcharged me for parts and all the pricing on the invoice was suspicious when it cleanly added up to $400, their work is fine but if you're looking for competitive, transparent pricing i'd look elsewhere

Bought 2 tyres from Tyresales and saw that Karworx opened on weekends so arranged fitment with them. Upon arrival told mechanic specifically that rear right tyres had to be taken out as it keeps loosing pressure, the guy said no worries and told me to come back in 1.5 hour. Came back and asked whether rear right tyre had been swapped and again he told yes.

Drove home and did tyre pressure check at 2 different petrol station. Rear right one was showing 10PSI!!! Called Karworx and asked if they could attend straight away but was told not not as it's weekend and they closed at midday.
