Karyukai has three awesome instructors (2 Japanese and 1 Australian senseis) and so many helpful assisting instructors. Everyone is friendly and offers great learning environment. Good to build self esteem, skills and fitness. Safe for girls, too. Two instructors are female actually.

I first enquiries as to joining back in 2012, it had been a long time desire of mine to attain Black-Belt. However, I had an acute arthritic condition. Today, the founding instructor, Natsuko, and I look back and laugh...I've recently received my Brown Belt, and, as I move towards my goal, I have achieved another along the way; I have also fulfilled a dream to become a law enforcement officer. The training she gives, is the likes of which you would search far and wide to find. Posture and balance centering are focal, and, I am a living testament to her classes. In the real world, I've also used much of what I've learned to save many lives!
