I've been going to Karyzma for well over 10 years and I cannot fault the service at all. I regularly go for eyebrow wax & tints, nails, both Shellac and Acrylic... and in the past piercings. Now I won't go anywhere else! The Salon is always is clean and sterile. I have recommended Karyzma to many admirers and I continue to. For anyone looking for affordable prices, and a professional service with a smile...this is the place for you!
I was actually been told by a friend to go through to Karyzma to organise some Nail work for my wife's Birthday. When I called, a VERY VERY rude staff answered the phone and first of all hung up in my face immediateness, I then called back and told the staff the phone was disconnected. The staff said they hung up. I told them I wanted to book in an appointment for my wife to get some Nail work done and that I was actually referred to their shop. They questioned me about who my friend was as if I was lying. I thought to be recommended was a good thing. They were RUDE and was extremely unprofessional. They didn't let me speak and told me to get lost. Not sure on the reason
I quote "you can tell you friend that she told you the wrong shop to go to"
I have never called a business and had such a bad experience just to book in an appointment.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!
