We help you to live long, healthy and strongKash has more than fifteen years experience working in rehabilitation centres of hospitals to working in health clubs.
He has worked in London and Canada helping clients to overcome their injuries and achieve their goals.
In the past four years he has studied massage therapy including active release technique and facial manipulation.
Kash has trained with Olympic Strength Coach Charles Poliquin since 2006 which has assisted him being able to
assess, prescribe and coach more effectively.
To assist clients achieve their body composition goals Kash uses the bioprint analysis and structural balance assessment.
For Injury prevention and Management assessments include functional movement screen, selective functional movement assessment.
For Athletic development we use a functional movement screen and structural balance testing.
