Kate don't want to be mean but I will be honest. You are a great technician but to charge $150 (I got it for $130 after haggling but it was still cash). In facilities that I could describe as nothing rather than diabolical - that's being kind - no hand washing basin etc., - you sent a text saying it looks like an apartment but it isn't (no it's worse). If you reduced your prices to reflect the dingy surroundings then I would not complain.

Kate did my whole bridal party including myself both lashes and spray tans and everyone look so incredibly beautiful, even the make-up artists stated they were the best lashes she had ever seen!!
