I consider Kathmandu to be an introductory store to outdoor adventures. You could certainly pick up everything you need to go on a 5 day trek from this shop. However , if you becamse a trek enthusiast you would want the type of specialist gear you cannot source here. They have some very good sales and a range specific to kids which is very useful. Team are hepful and have decent product knowledge.
