I can highly recommend Kathryn Blomley Fitness Training she offers great group training which caters for all fitness levels. The sessions differ every week so you get to work all parts of your body. I have also had some personal training sessions with her which have been hard work but fun! She is a great motivator who will help you achieve your goals.
I had a personal training session last week and had great a blast! Not only did Kathryn make my training session fun but she also developed a routine specially for me after discussing what I'm trying to acheive over the next few months and has filled me with confidence and I now think I'm really going to acheive the goals we've set. I wont deny it was hard and that my legs and arms hurt the following day or do but its motivated me to continue between the sessions and I'm really looking forward to my next session. Thanks Kathryn for helping me believe I can achieve my goals. Thankfully theres no going back now.
Although I am a member of a 24 hour gym and use it regularly, I love Kathryn's workout sessions for a nice change. It's outdoors in the fresh air and very sociable with the other ladies. And even after thinking that I was somewhat fit, Kathryn's different workouts every week are finding "lazy" muscles every time!! Highly recommend her!!
