REALLY....if you are consistently rude to customers maybe its time to look for another job. The staff has my vote for the rudest and most unhelpful employee of the year. I have 3 times queried the price of the entry into Kids Kingdom and also wrote a letter to council - of course to no avail. Today I found out instead of paying $13.20 entry fee each time I go (which includes a coffee whether you WANT one or not) you can buy an $11 pass per month which gives you as many entries as you wish. I am normally only there for maximum 40 minutes with my grand-daughter. You should listen to what the community wants, I know many people whom have complained about the fee and this particular employee..time to retire or fade off somewhere else not in customer service.
